STEP 1: CONSULTATION
Begin by booking an appointment for a consultation to assess your oral health, discuss your goals, and determine your suitability for veneers.
Once it’s decided that you’re suitable for veneers, we will take some photos, scan your teeth and prepare a mock-up. This will allow you to instantly see how your smile will look with veneers. A second visit for try-in is recommended if multiple veneers are planned.
STEP 2: TEETH PREPARATION
If you opt for porcelain veneers, we will trim your enamel slightly and scan your teeth to craft customised veneers at a lab. Composite veneers can be directly done in one visit.
STEP 3: PLACEMENTReturn to have the veneers attached. They’ll be shaped and coloured to match your vision. The process is minimally painful, and anaesthesia is used. Dental resin is used to bond the veneer to your tooth.
STEP 4: RECOVERY
Expect minor sensitivity and potential gum soreness, but recovery is generally straightforward.
STEP 5: MAINTENANCE
Treat veneers like natural teeth and uphold good dental hygiene to ensure they last, typically around ten years.
