The wireless scanner provides a much better experience for our patients than the traditional mould. This technology has been a game-changer, as it makes your experience in the chair much more comfortable! Unlike a traditional mould, which can feel awkward and have an unpleasant taste, the wireless scan is quicker and more comfortable. With its ergonomic and practical design, we can easily communicate with you while scanning your teeth.
The 3Shape Trios can take scans in just a few minutes, then transmit them wirelessly to create high-quality, lifelike images with realistic colours. You’re now able to see everything the dentist sees, easily visible on the screen in front of you.
Another great feature of the 3Shape Trios is that we can use it to simulate treatment results – all within minutes of scanning. You can design your smile with treatment simulations such as:
– how your teeth can look after having Invisalign or braces
– before and after photos of your smile after a cosmetic treatment such as veneers
